These terms govern your use of FarmerPad. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer protected service components, or use automated requests in a way that harms availability.

Your data

You retain ownership of the records you submit. You grant FarmerPad the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit those records to operate the service and optional features you request. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing.

AI and agricultural information

AI responses and agricultural information are assistive and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for professional agronomic, legal, tax, financial, safety, or regulatory advice. Verify important decisions, chemical use, treatment, timing, and compliance requirements independently.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, prices, duration, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Unless a purchase screen states otherwise, access ends when the current subscription period expires. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FarmerPad available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features for security, legal, or product reasons and will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, FarmerPad is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from generated recommendations.

Termination

You may stop using FarmerPad and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms or create a security risk, with notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate.
